Well, not bandits. But someone who was killed while fighting off bandits. His name was Anthony De Cosmo. My 2nd great grandmother, Carmela DeCosmo's brother or my 3rd great uncle. He was also a jailer of a prison. Which explains the bandits. Now this all occurred in Celenza Valfortore, Italy. Or as I like to call it The Wild Wild West of Italy.
