I want to thank Lynn at The Armchair Genealogist for this wonderful award. So here are 7 things you didn't know about me:
1. I'm in college right now.
2. I started having an interest in genealogy after a family tree project in 5th grade in 2001.
3. I have 8 nationalities: Irish, German, Polish, Albanian, Swedish, Scottish, British and Italian.
4. I love to bake.
5. I want to travel to the U.K. (England, Ireland and Scotland) and Sweden.
6. I'm only child.
7. I live in NYC.
My picks for the award:
Grace and Glory
100 Years In America
Family Tree May Contain Nuts
Ancestors Within

I think they should teach genealogy in with the history classes in school. It would encourage an interest in both subjects.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the Kreative Blogger award. I have put your name on my side bar. I won't be adding a new list as I have just done this last week and quite frankly there isn't that much about me that is interesting. Lol.
Thanks again.
I am not sure if you know that I have two sites. I do most of my genealogy posts on http://www.storiesofmyancestors.blogspot.com and my goofy life is on http://www.familytreesmaycontainnuts.com
It's nice to see another "young'un" among the genea-bloggers! I wish genealogy was taught along with history in school. Maybe my daughters would be more interested in family research.
